Ticketing Policy
The Jazz Station is a listening room. Phones are to be silenced and please limit your conversation during the performance so everyone can enjoy the show!

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event date, time and pricing for accuracy.

Event Cancelled/Postponed by The Jazz Station. In the event we have to cancel a performance, we will first attempt to reschedule the artist to a later date, and we will automatically transfer your tickets to that new date. If you are unable to attend on the new date, tickets may be transferred to a different show of your choice (of equal or lesser value).

Online ticket purchases close one hour before showtime. However, if the show is NOT sold out, and tickets remain, they can be purchased directly at the venue box office door.
